AWARDS AND HONORS 1993-94: Played on first Mighty Ducks of Anaheim team.
Miscellaneous: Signed with Detroit as an unrestricted
free agent on Aug. 29, 1992, but never played for parent team. ... Signed
with Anaheim as unrestricted free agent on Jan. 12, 1994. ... Missed part
of 1993-94 season with chicken pox, contracted in March 1994. He
missed seven games from March 8 to March 24. ... Missed remainder of 1995 season
and start of 1995-86 season with lacerated right forearm, suffered
when he was cut by Keith Tkachuk's skate blade during Anaheim's Jan. 21, 1995, game
at Winnipeg. The injury required surgery to repair nine tendons and two
nerves on Jan. 24, 1995. As a result, he did not return to action until
Anaheim assigned him to Baltimore (AHL) for a conditioning stint on Jan. 5,
1996. He did not return to NHL action until Anaheim's Feb. 7, 1996, game vs.
Toronto. |
