an unrestricted free agent and signed with Boston on July 27, 1987. ... Missed
part of 1987-88 season with strained right hip, an injury suffered in March
1988. ... Missed part of 1988 playoffs with sprained left knee, and injury
suffered during Boston's first-round series vs. Buffalo in April 1988. ... Missed
remainder of 1988-89 season and entire 1989 playoffs with inflammation of left
knee, an injury suffered in December 1988. ... Played out his contract with

O'Dwyer a contract for the 1985-86 season, and he became an unrestricted free
agent. He signed with N.Y. Rangers on July 13, 1985, but never played for
parent team. Five years later, Los Angeles got O'Dwyer back when the Kings
signed him as an unrestricted free agent on July 16, 1990. |
