continue training as a cowboy mounted shooter (riding a horse around
obstacles and shooting at balloon targets). Although the Ellett's had a
summer home in Kingston, Ontario, Annie Ellett, a native of Texas, needed to
conduct her training in the United States due to Canada's stricter laws
against the use of handguns. Within a year of the move, Dave Ellett also
began competing as a mounted shooter. Personal:

Cleveland (AHL) when Dave was born. Bob Ellett had been a minor-league
teammate of John Ferguson, the future Winnipeg general manager who drafted Dave Ellett

shooter Annie Bianco Ellett, who competes under the nickname "Outlaw Annie." |
