through 2001-02 season. Miscellaneous: Played only one
minor-league game (for Hershey in 1982-83) during his years as an NHL
regular. He scored a goal in that lone game. ... Was on Minnesota
team that joined Montreal to compete in the 1990 NHL Friendship Tour in
Soviet Union. ... Retired for first
time after the 1995 season but came out of retirement to serve as
player-assistant coach for Quebec (IHL)
in 1996-97. ... Ran his own architectural supply company in Quebec City
after retirement. ... Died of cardiac arrest at age 44 while working out at
a Quebec City gym. Personal: One of 11 children. ... Older brother of
