TRADE: Philadelphia sent Strong to Toronto to
complete the Jan. 20, 1982, deal in which Toronto traded Darryl Sittler to
Philadelphia in exchange for Rich Costello, Hartford's 1982 second-round pick
(Peter Ihnacak) and future considerations. Strong, the future considerations
portion of the Sittler deal, became Toronto property in March 1982. |
