was claimed by Calgary but never played for parent team because the Flames
needed him to clear waivers two days later in order to send him to their AHL
affiliate, and he was instead claimed off waivers by Minnesota. ... Loaned by
Minnesota to Davos (Switzerland) on July 8, 1986, so North Stars could
have Ron Wilson for the entire 1986-87 season. Wilson was still
under contract to Davos at time of the loan ... Signed with Vancouver as
unrestricted free agent on March 1, 1987, after completing the 1986-87 regular
season in Switzerland. |
