HOW HE GOT AWAY |
TRADE (2): Minnesota traded Christoff, Bill
Nyrop and St. Louis' 1982 second-round pick (Dave Reierson) to Calgary in
exchange for Willi Plett and 1982 fourth-round pick (Dusan Pasek) on June 7,
1982. One year later, Minnesota got Christoff back from Calgary, along with a
1983 second-round pick (Frantisek Musil), in exchange for Mike Eaves and Keith
Hanson on June 8, 1983. Four months later, Minnesota lost Christoff a second
time when the North Stars traded Christoff and Fred Barrett to Los Angeles in
exchange for Dave Lewis on Oct. 3, 1983. |
