AWARDS AND HONORS Miscellaneous: Lloyd was still property of
the Cleveland team when it folded after the 1977-78 season and merged with
Minnesota. His rights remained with Minnesota after no team claimed him in the
1978 Cleveland-Minnesota Dispersal Draft on June 15, 1978. ... Minnesota later
sent Lloyd's rights and cash to Toronto to complete a May 15, 1978, trade in
which Toronto sent Jim McKenny to Minnesota. |
