Miscellaneous: Played in third World Junior Championships in Finland, an
unofficial tournament that helped set stage for first official World Juniors
in 1977. ... Was on Sherbrooke (QMJHL) team that endured tragic
bus accident in November 1974. The accident
claimed the life of Chicoine's linemate, Gaetan Paradis. Chicoine was the
first person to discover Paradis' body pinned under the bus. |
