Missed part of 1973-74 season with separated right shoulder, an injury suffered during Pittsburgh's Dec. 12, 1973, game vs. California. He did not recover until late January 1974, when Pittsburgh's sent him to Hershey (AHL) on a conditioning assignment from which he never returned. ... Missed Pittsburgh's 1974 training camp and start of 1974-75 season with torn muscles and tendons in knee and thigh am injury suffered in early August 1974 water-skiing accident in British Columbia. The injuries required surgery, and he did not make his 1974-75 season debut until joining Hersey (AHL) in November 1974. ... Missed remainder of 1974-75 season with separated shoulder, an injury suffered during Washington's March 7, 1975, game at Montreal.
