AWARDS AND HONORS Miscellaneous: Missed most of 1984-85 season with knee injury, suffered
in September 1984. The injury required surgery, and while he was out with
the injury, Longueuil traded Herring to Shawinigan at the QMJHL
trading deadline on Jan. 10, 1985. He returned to action
with Shawinigan but was limited to just 20 games for the season. ... Traded
by St. Louis with 1986 fifth-round pick (Eric Aubertin) to Montreal in
exchange for Kent Carlson on Jan. 31, 1986, but never played for parent
team. |
