HOW HE GOT AWAY
TRADE: Chicago traded Yawney to Calgary in exchange for Stephane Matteau on December 16, 1991. Six years later, the Blackhawks got Yawney back when Chicago signed him as a Group III unrestricted free agent on September 25, 1997.
