suffered in February 1983. ... Crossman's mother died during the 1983 Stanley
Cup playoffs, but Crossman did not miss any playoff games despite going home
for her funeral. ... Played 202 consecutive games for Philadelphia between
1983-84 and 1986-87 seasons. The streak ended on Dec. 2, 1986. ... Missed part
sof 1990-91 season foot injury, suffered during N.Y. Islanders' Nov. 6, 1990,
game vs. Toronto, and with leg injury, suffered in Hartford's Feb. 12, 1991,
practice. ... Rights sold by Detroit with Dennis Vial to Quebec on
June 15, 1992, but never played for Quebec because he was immediately left
unprotected for 1992 NHL Expansion Draft and was claimed by Tampa Bay on June
18, 1992. ... Missed parts of 1993-94 season with toe injury, suffered during
St. Louis' Dec. 29, 1993, game vs. N.Y. Rangers, and with knee injury,
suffered during St. Louis' Jan. 13, 1994, game vs. Edmonton. |
