Sept. 10, 1975 -- Signed with Philadelphia as an unrestricted free agent. Oct. 21, 1977 -- Signed with Detroit as an unrestricted free agent after the NHL dissolved its old negotiation-list system, which passed his rights on to Buffalo while he was in Europe the previous year.
