TRADE: Pittsburgh traded Sutter, 1984 second-round pick (Greg Smyth) and 1984 third-round pick (David McLay) to Philadelphia in exchange for Andy Brickley, Mark Taylor, Ron Flockhart, 1984 first-round pick (Roger Belanger) and 1984 third-round pick (later traded) on October 23, 1983.
