FRANCHISE FOLDED: Young was property of the
Cleveland franchise when it folded after the 1977-78 season. He became
de facto property of Minnesota when the North Stars absorbed the Cleveland team.
Minnesota released Young after the 1982-83 season, and he signed with
Pittsburgh as an unrestricted free agent on August 12, 1983. |
