Miscellaneous:
Played on line with Mike Fidler and Kris Manery for Minnesota in 1978-79. ... Missed last 26 games of 1979-80 season and start of 1980 playoffs with sprained ligaments in left knee, an injury suffered in Minnesota's Feb. 16, 1980, game vs. Atlanta. ... Missed part of 1980-81 season with bruised shoulder, an injury suffered in January 1981. ... Missed most of 1981-82 season with left eye injury suffered when he was hit by Darren Veitch's errant stick during Chicago's Dec. 19, 1981, game at Washington. Although he retained some sight in the eye and managed to return before the 1982 playoffs, doctors would not give him clearance to come back into the NHL for either the 1982-83 or 1984-85 seasons, when he was still property of Chicago. The eye injury therefore ended his NHL career.
