a freshman at Wisconsin in 1969-70.
- Played on
line with Jim Young and Gary Winchester as a sophomore at Wisconsin
in 1970-71.
- Missed start of 1971-72 season with sprained ankle.
- WHA territorial rights awarded to Winnipeg in 1972 after he went unclaimed in WHA General Player Draft.
- Scored goal to cut Cornell's lead to 5-4 with under four minutes to go
in NCAA semifinal game on March 16, 1973. Wisconsin went on to win
6-5 in overtime to complete comeback from four-goal deficit.
- Won NCAA championship as senior with Wisconsin (WCHA) in 1973.
It marked Wisconsin's first NCAA hockey title and first NCAA title
in any sport since 1956.
