Career Beyond Hockey: Returned
to Brandon and went into the real
estate business after retirement. While still an active minor-league
player, he began his work for Century 21 in as a residential sales
associate in 1973 and became a managing partner of Brandon-based
Century 21
Westman office in 1996. He has received numerous honors from Century
21 Canada, including the Long Term Service Award in 2004 and Franchisee
of the Year in 2007.
