TRADE/FREE AGENCY:
Buffalo traded Andreychuk, Daren Puppa and 1993 first-round pick (Kenny
Jonsson) to Toronto for Grant Fuhr and conditional 1995 draft pick
(fifth-round, Kevin Popp) on February 2, 1993. Seven years later, Buffalo got Andreychuk
back when he signed with Sabres as Group III unrestricted free agent
on July 13, 2000. One year after that, Buffalo lost Andreychuk again when he
signed with Tampa Bay as a Group III unrestricted free agent on July 13,
2001. |
