HOW HE GOT AWAY
RIGHTS SOLD: Philadelphia sold Hachborn's rights to Los Angeles on December 6, 1985. Just over a year later, Philadelphia got Hachborn back when Flyers signed him as an unrestricted free agent in February 1987 after he had completed the 1986-87 Italian season with Bolzano. Despite the re-signing, he would never play another NHL game.
