TRADE: St. Louis traded MacLean, Bryan Maxwell and Ed Staniowski to Winnipeg in exchange for Scott Campbell and John Markell on July 3, 1981. Eight years later, St. Louis got MacLean back, acquiring MacLean and Adam Oates from Detroit in exchange for Bernie Federko and Tony McKegney on June 15, 1989.
