Signed first pro contract after being called up form Flint (IHL) for five-game tryout during 1977-78 season. ... Played on line with Randy Pierce and Larry Skinner for Colorado in 1977-78. ... Missed part of 1977-78 season with broken arm. ... Left unprotected by Colorado for 1979 NHL Expansion Draft, but was reclaimed as fill-in after Ralph Klassen was taken off Chicago roster on June 13, 1979.
