111:40 shutout string in 4OT victory on April 24, 1996. He did not allow

Miscellaneous: Won his first NHL start, which was also his first NHL
game, with 48 saves in Toronto's 8-6 win at Hartford. The total of 54 shots
was a Hartford record (since broken) for shots in one game. ... Missed part
of 1985-86 season with knee injury, suffered during Toronto's Dec. 26, 1985,
game at Detroit. He did not return to action until Toronto's Feb. 6, 1986,
game at Minnesota. ... Missed part of 1988-89 season with mononucleosis,
