while playing on a line with Butch Goring during the 1969 Memorial Cup tournament.
- Played on line with
Lloyd Bentley and Tim Dool for Wisconsin in both 1969-70 and
1970-71.
- Scored three goals for Wisconsin in
6-3 win at Denver on Nov. 27, 1970.
- Set Wisconsin single-season record for a right wing (since broken) of 15 goals vs. WCHA opponents in 1970-71.
- Set NCAA and WCHA single-game records (since tied) with three
shorthanded goals as part of a natural hat trick for Wisconsin in 9-2 home win over
Minnesota-Duluth on Feb. 17, 1973. The three goals were part of a
four-goal game. His shorthanded goals came at 16:05 of the first
period for a 2-0 lead, a game-winner at 2:50 of the second to make
it 3-0, and at 5:54 of the second for a 4-0 lead. He added a
power-play goal at 18:02 of the second.

back-to-back hat tricks for Wisconsin when he followed up his Feb.
17, 1973, hat trick with another one in an 8-5 loss at Notre Dame on
Feb. 23, 1973.
- Won NCAA championship with Wisconsin in 1973, despite
playing the entire tournament with a bruised right foot.
- Led Wisconsin (WCHA) with 24 goals in 1972-73.
- Named to WCHA All-Star Second Team with Wisconsin in 1972-73.
- Won Wisconsin Spike Carlson MVP Award as a senior on
national championship team in 1972-73.
- Selected by Cleveland Crusaders in 1973 WHA draft of unsigned
professional and amateur players whose rights were also held by NHL
