Career Beyond Hockey: Remained
in the Dallas area after retirement and became involved in local youth
hockey scene, becoming a major figure in its development. He formally
joined the Dallas Stars organization in 2010 and took over as director
of hockey operations at the Dr. Pepper StarCenter in Plano, overseeing
camps and clinics for the Stars.
Missed part of 1972-73 season with broken collarbone, an injury suffered while playing for Dallas (CHL).
