Career Beyond Hockey: Became a
successful attorney with a career spanning more than three decades after
his playing days, working in the
corporate sector until his retirement in 2012. His longest professional
stint was as General Counsel of CARA Operations Ltd., a prominent Canadian
restaurant and catering company based in the Toronto area. He was with
CARA Operations from 1988 to 2012. Prior to that, Wilkie spent 11 years
with Wardair Canada.
