Jan. 21, 1971 -- Traded by Boston to Philadelphia in exchange for future considerations (Boston's trade of Rick MacLeish to Philadelphia for Mike Walton as part of three-way trade with Toronto on Jan. 31, 1971). Schock was sent to Philadelphia on the condition that Flyers would get Walton from Toronto and then trade him to Boston in a deal involving MacLeish.
Missed part of 1969-70 season with concussion suffered during Salt Lake's March 1, 1970, game at Seattle. ... Forced into retirement due to a series of injuries suffered in AHL from 1973 to 1975.
