June 1969 -- Claimed by Phoenix (WHL) from Toronto in 1969 NHL Reverse Draft, but refused to report to Phoenix and remained at University of Toronto with NHL rights held by Montreal. June 1970 -- Claimed by Vancouver (WHL) from Toronto in 1970 NHL Reverse Draft. His NHL rights thus became property of new Vancouver NHL expansion franchise because Vancouver teams had the same ownership. Dec. 10, 1973 -- Traded by Vancouver to St. Louis in exchange for Mike Lampman. June 1974 -- Claimed by Kansas City from St. Louis in 1974 NHL Expansion Draft.
