Education: Majored in computer science at Michigan Tech University.
Miscellaneous: Wore No. 7 at Michigan Tech. ... Became a computer
software engineer in Vancouver after his retirement, and later worked in the
U.S., specializing in automated purchasing management. He then moved
to Dublin, Ireland, in 1993 to work as the head of e-commerce at Vision
Consulting. Murphy later founded his own global transaction company called Marrakech in 1998
and
served as Marrakech's CEO until 2003, when he reduced his role to Chief
Technical Officer. |
