Miscellaneous:
Missed part of 1980-81 season with broken toe, an injury suffered in February 1981. ... Traded by Colorado to Edmonton in exchange for Stan Weir on March 9, 1982, but never played for parent team. Five months later, in August 1982, Edmonton returned Cooper to Colorado for Stan Weir, after the original deal was officially voided by the NHL because Cooper had reported to Edmonton with a previously undisclosed shoulder injury.
